With over 40 years of veterinary experience, Dr. Barbara Beckett brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her practice. Her extensive career spans a wide range of disciplines, including clinical and field work, high-volume spay/neuter programs, and 15 years in emergency veterinary care. She now focuses on small animal day practice, where she continues to provide dedicated and personalized care to her patients.
Beyond her professional life, Dr. Beckett has a rich background in equestrian sports. She competed and trained up to the intermediate level in three-day eventing and was also involved in breeding American Warmblood horses.
Today, her passion for animals continues through her commitment to running a cat rescue, specializing in senior and special needs cats. Her lifelong dedication to animal welfare is the heart of everything she does.
