Friends of Citrus County Animal Services (FOCCAS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit volunteer organization formed in 2010 to assist Citrus County Animal Shelter in placing dogs and cats into permanent, loving homes and provide for medical care beyond the scope of shelter medicine. FOCCAS is dedicated to giving second chances to animals that otherwise may have no hope at all. This is reflected in the group’s commitment to helping the animals that need it most.
